How big are the savings at MCC?

We aim to deliver great value on every product you find in store. You will find that we sell our products at a significant discount to the prices in a department or high street store on comparable merchandise.

How can you offer such great savings?

We take advantage of a wide variety of opportunities, which can include department store cancellations, a manufacturer making up too much product, or a great deal when a vendor simply wants to clear merchandise, as well as lots of other ways to bring you tremendous value. We also source products unbranded, directly from international suppliers which enables us to sell at amazing, affordable prices!

What items cannot be returned?

Food, Clothing, Shoes, Personal Care, Liquids, Jewellery, CD/DVDs, Manchester, Glass Items & Mirrors. Unfortunately – due to their nature, these items are not refundable.

Proof of Purchase must be provided to receive a refund.

What if I've changed my mind or I'm not completely satisfied with my purchase?

If you change your mind about a product or it does not completely match it's description, we are happy to provide a refund accompanied with your proof of purchase within 14 days from the purchase date. We do ask the product be in it's original packaging and has not been used or altered in any way.
Where the product is not of merchantable quality or not fit for it's intended purpose, then you are entitled to a refund.
In all cases, we will do our best to work with you and if you are not entitled to a refund we may offer a replacement, exchange or store credit.

What if the item I've purchased is faulty?

If your item is faulty, we will arrange for it to be repaired or replaced. If the item cannot be repaired we will supply you with a replacement or refund.

 

Are all of the items brand new?

We have brand new items straight from the manufacturer, as well as a large range of ex-display and refurbished items.

Do you give warranty?

All our items come with a 14 day warranty excluding clothing, shoes, personal care, liquids, food items, jewellery, CD/DVDs, manchester, glass items, and mirrors.
We offer a 3 month warranty on electrical items only.
Proof of purchase must be provided.

What is your refund policy?

When you buy you should choose carefully. You may not be refunded for simply changing your mind or making an incorrect purchase.

Goods that have been unpacked or installed CANNOT be returned unless the product you purchased is not of merchantable quality or is not fit for its intended purpose.
